Terms of Service
These terms cover nevermanual.cloud, the Never Manual apps — Slate, Fleet and Studio — and the account at accounts.nevermanual.cloud (“the service”), run by Never Manual (“we”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Limited access
Never Manual is in limited access. We open it to teams one by one and tell each team, directly, what the beta can and cannot do yet. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted while we build it.
Your balance and payments
The parts of the service that cost money are paid from a prepaid balance in US dollars that belongs to your workspace; one credit is one dollar. What each thing costs is on each product’s pricing page — Fleet, Studio — and in Billing. Some things have a fixed monthly price; the rest is charged as you use it, at what it costs us plus 30%, and Billing shows both numbers for every such charge.
You top up in USDT on the network you choose on the payment page. The network’s fee is paid by the sender. USDT sent on another network, another coin, or to an address after its payment has closed may not reach us, and we may not be able to recover it. A top-up counts once the network has confirmed it.
The balance does not expire. If it reaches zero, you have three days to top up; after that, the parts of the service that cost money pause until you do. If we change a price, we tell workspaces at least 14 days before it applies to them.
Refunds
What you have not spent is yours: ask at support@nevermanual.cloud or in Telegram and we return the unused balance in USDT, to an address you give us, less the network fee, within 14 days. What was spent on the service is not refunded, unless we charged it by mistake — then we correct it as a new line in your history.
Your account and workspace
You must be at least 18. Keep your sign-in safe: you are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace. A workspace’s admins decide who is in it and which products they use.
Your content and the platforms you use
What you put into the service — media, posts, schedules, account details, workflows — stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to it, and for following the law and the rules of every platform you post to or automate: Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, X and others. Running many accounts, automating actions or posting from phones can break a platform’s rules; a platform may limit or ban accounts, and that risk is yours.
What you may not do
- anything illegal, or content that sexualises minors or anyone who has not consented;
- fraud, scams, phishing, malware, or spam that breaks the law;
- harassment, threats, or content that infringes others’ rights;
- attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it without our agreement.
We may suspend or close a workspace that does, and remove the content involved.
Ending
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may end the service or your access with reasonable notice, or at once for a breach of these terms.
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost accounts, revenue, data or profits — and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and contact
