Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Never Manual (“we”) collects when you use nevermanual.cloud, the product sites nmslate.app, nmfleet.app and nmstudio.app, accounts.nevermanual.cloud and the apps Slate, Fleet and Studio, and what we do with it. Contact: support@nevermanual.cloud.
What we collect
- Your account: name, email address and photo, from the sign-up form, or from Google if you sign in with it.
- Your workspace: what you and your team put in — social accounts and their details, media, posts and schedules, workflows and their results, phones and their tasks, keys for the services you connect.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device details, and logs of requests and errors, kept for security and to fix problems.
- Payments: for each top-up, the amount, the network, the address it was paid to and the transaction’s ID. A transaction on a public blockchain can be seen by anyone; we do not publish which transaction was yours.
- Site visits: our sites count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you.
How we use it
To run the service, sign you in, keep it secure, answer you and improve it. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
These providers process data on our behalf, only to run the service:
- Clerk — accounts and sign-in;
- Cloudflare — network, security, site analytics and email;
- Hostinger — our servers;
- Bunny.net — storing and delivering media;
- OpenRouter — AI features: the text or media you run them on is sent to the model;
- GPU clouds such as RunPod — Studio runs your workflows on rented GPUs;
- Upload-Post — publishing to social networks by API, when you connect it;
- public blockchain nodes such as TronGrid and PublicNode — asked about a payment by its transaction ID, to show its confirmations.
Crypto payments go through BTCPay Server, which we run on our own servers; no payment company sees them. When you post, the content goes to the platform you chose, under its own policy. We may disclose data when the law requires it.
Cookies
We set only the cookies the service needs: sign-in cookies (Clerk), security cookies (Cloudflare), and on nevermanual.cloud one cookie, nm_product, that remembers which product page you read last, for six months. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
How long we keep it
Account and workspace data for as long as the account or workspace exists. When you delete it, or ask us to, we delete it within 30 days, apart from what the law makes us keep. Logs are kept only as long as they are useful for security and fixing problems.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it: write to support@nevermanual.cloud. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
